Fertilize with organic fertilizer even if you don't have actively growing grass. The organic stuff feeds the soil microbes, not the plants.
Sow bermuda when the soil temps get up to 70 degrees F or so. Usually that's in late May and later.
How much? One seed will usually cover an entire football field before the maintenance guys can catch up to it :D Otherwise follow the recommendation on the bag. |
