Some weeks ago, I saw on Travel Channel was "interviewing" Mall of America. I never been there (yet). In the mall is large indoor landscapes. And the fellow who is head of that was talking how to keep them pest-free. He said he did not want to use pesticides because of all the people. So the way they handle the plants was to put ladybugs on the plants.
