Hi everyone,
I'm fairly new still and have no idea if this is the right place to ask.. if not, please let me know where I should post it..
I emailed and asked where my issue of the print version of the newsletter was, and was told they were just now going out. I got it in the mail yesterday (it's past midnight now), on may23rd.
So, there are only 7 days left in this month. The reason we wanted to subscribe is to have a hardcopy to keep out in the shed, to have the list of things to do for the month. I know we get it online, but I don't have a printer.
So what I'm asking is, have they ever considered sending it out earlier in the month, or would they?
Getting the May issue the last week of the month seems a waste. It's almost time to work on June stuff.
Just thought I'd ask..

I agree. The 23rd of the month is late. The printed version of the May DIRT got out the door a little later than planned, but you should have received it before the 23rd. I'll look in to it.
We are currently working with the production schedule, the printer and the fulfillment staff to make sure that the monthly DIRT is in the mail by no later than the 1st of each month. You should expect to receive it by the 4th or 5th.
We will continue to deliver the DIRT online on the 1st of each month. |
