What is the best spacing and size of plugs to plug St. Augustine grass?

From what I understand, solid sod is best and place the pieces as close together as you can get it without overlapping. This I know for a fact: Between the cracks apply good animal manure compost.
You might want to check the "Lawn Care" forum as well. :wink:
