Texins Outdoor Club meeting announcement

Hello, I'm a new groundcrew member but a long time fan of Dr Garrett.

I am also the special events coordinator for the Texins Outdoor Club, and we are having Dr. Garrett speak at our next meeting this Thursday (8-10-2006) at 6:30 at the Outback Steakhouse in Plano (15th and Central).

Our meetings are free and are open to members and guests and we would love to invite anyone out there who might be interested in joining our club.

The Texins Outdoor Club is a nonprofit group made of outdoor enthusiasts of all ages. We go on various trips both near and far and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible. There are trips of all kinds that we organize on a regular basis (hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, scuba diving, skiing, backpaking, mountain climbing, etc).

You can visit our web site at OutdoorClub.org but right now we are in the midst of a web server overhaul so the content is a bit outdated.
