| For the last 3 years I have attempted to grow several different types of heirloom tomatoes with little or no success. The bottom leaves start dieing and continue up the plant . The blooms are adequate but very little fruit. (1) any ideas what I'm doing wrong (2) How can I prepare the soil for next years attempt. Thank you |

I visited your great state last year to attend the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners festival. www.mofga.org
They have a person on staff that can answer your question along with growing tips. I am recommending them because they are local and know which varieties do best in your area.
