Is Garrett Juice okay to spray on tomatoes to prevent fungus, or is it just a fertilizer spray? Also the bottle says for soil drench to use 2 ounces, yet doesn't say if this is per gallon of water. The foilage spray dilution is clear.

Horticultural cornmeal is a fungus fighter. Use straight or make into a tea and spray.

The 2oz. for soil drench is per gallon. The Garrett Juice will help prevent fungus since it keeps plants healthy. Horticultural or Whole ground cornmeal in the soil & around the plant helps prevent fungus. As mentioned in the previous post; if you get fungus, spray with a cornmeal juice, garlic juice, Neem or other organically approved anti-fungal sprays.

Most garden centers & feed stores in our area have it. Call first to save driving around. The folks that advertise on this site all have it.
