We have about 540 acres south of Hamilton and we are having trouble with mesquite and cactus what's the organic solution?

When you say you're having trouble, does that mean you have more than you want?
If so, what size are the mesquites? The Dirt Doc likes large mesquites that are trees, not multistemed bushes.
You need to post your question under "Organic Farming" or "Ranching."
