If you drink coffee or tea, or eat certain foods, chances are your teeth are stained and discolored. But commercial tooth-whitening strips are full of chemicals. Try this simple formula instead: it will help you get your teeth pearly white again. It also has antibacterial properties and a gentle abrasive action to make your teeth feel squeaky clean.
Here is the wise and simple formula for whiter, brighter teeth:
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons dried sage leaves
2 tablespoons sea salt
1. Preheat oven to 250F. Using a spice grinder or a mortar and pestle, grind the salt and sage together.
2. Spread mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool, then stir to blend.
3. Scoop some of the mixture onto your toothbrush and brush vigorously.
4. Rinse thoroughly.

4. Rinse thoroughly.
Should you rinse out your mouth just like regular toothpaste? |
