have been hearing a lot about heirloom varieties of vegetables for your garden. where can I get a list of these that will grow well in say joshua texas? :)

Most veggies, not just gourmet and heirloom, are NOT native to Texas. Not sure what the Indians ate besides berries and meat - okra I guess. ha ha. Soil preperation is going to be key and in some cases, afternoon shade and faking out nature a little bit. What kind of soil do you have down there?

Are you wanting to start with seed or transplants?

What type of veggies do you think you want to grow/eat? Or are you looking to produce for sale?

Give me a call if you'd like. I'm putting in a seed order next week - all certified organic seeds.
