I'm slowly changing my diet to a vegetarian diet but I'm looking for a milk alternative as I'm allergic to soy. In the grocery stores I see regular milk and soy milks. What could I use for drinking and on cereal or for recipes when milk is called for? Thanks Catherine

Go to whole foods or central market and ask if you can try some rice milk. Almond milk is also good.
Soy is the most genetically modified crop there is, stay away from it even if your allergy disappears.
