Does Anyone Have Turfalo in Their Yard ?

I have read a little about Turfalo grass and have two family members that need a total lawn re-do (in the Dallas and Mineola area).
With the water restrictions not going to get any better, I was leaning towards this grass.

However, I have not seen it in person.
I have read a couple of posts on DD where somone has seen the grass.

Does anyone have it in THEIR yard ?

Just looking for first hand experience with it, likes/dislikes, pros/cons, etc....
