Red and Bur. I have these brownish spots. and white bugs on my trees. Are they scale, mites? I checked my neighbors Red Oak and his has the same thing. His are 30+ years old. Mine 3-. They are only on the leaves. I have some pics. But don't know how to post them. Let me know. Thanks.
