So excited, every year I raise at least 3 different "families" of swallowtail caterpillars in a large pot of Italian parsley. We let them have it all and it always grows back in time for her to lay another batch of eggs. I stepped outside this morning to see her flying around the pot, and then noticed about a dozen eggs dotted all over the plant.
Just thought I'd share.... |

| I was fortunate enough to see the same thing last Saturday. I have two large whiskey barrels filled with parsley, dill and fennel. A swallowtail spent a couple of minutes laying while I was nearby weeding. |
