Is there a special store to purchase the dry garlic for mosquito control or do most feed stores carry it?

I get mine in the spice section of Sam's. I dont recall the brand name, but its the brand that specializes in the Mexican spices. It comes in a 2 lb shaker.
I've also seen it in large containers at Whole Foods....($$$) |

I haven't checked but some have said the Asian markets have 5# bags.
