I change my birdbaths daily, have used enzymes to keep them clear but I feel it is a waste since I change them so often and one has a dripper that dilutes it too. Everywhere I read, it is recommended to clean them with diluted bleach but I hate to use it and hate that it is going out into my yard. Does anyone have an organic suggestion? The baths are concrete and the rough surface makes it very difficult to get all the green gook out, even with an old toothbrush.

Try peroxide for cleaning. The bath doesn't need to be spotless. Use horticultural or whole ground corn meal in the water for algae control which will make cleaning easier. About a TBL in the normal size bath works great.
