I have a pet mouse (very tiny) with what I think are mites. I also have a gerbil and small hamster. What can I safely use to get rid of mites? The poor mouse's skin is so irritated.

You might try DE. NOT the swimming pool kind. I'd 'dust' him & maybe put some in their cage.
