Mystery bugs

I have recently noticed pinhead sized, yellowish bugs crawling along the trim of my house. I have also seen them inside on an adjacent window sill & in the garage. They don't appear to be damaging anything, but I would like to know what they are so I can make sure I don't need to get rid of them.

Any ideas? I would take pictures, but these bugs are so tiny & also about the same color of the wood trim so they are hard to see.
