I just got a camelia plant from North haven gardens.
I read on the internet you can make a sweet tea or a sweetner for tea.
Anyone know anything about how or if this is a good idea?? :?: :?:

I've never done this before but I believe the basic process for making tea (there are no doubt nuances that I will gloss over or am not even aware of) is to select some young-ish leaves, bruise them by rolling them in your hands to start the fermentation process, then dry them in the oven to stop the fermentation process.

Lots of people make their own tea. Rose hips are another popular item. I'm sure a Google search would turn up more detailed directions. And no doubt several books have been written on the topic.
