New yard sodded march of 2007. great growth and healthy. Would like to aerate to loosen soil to allow greensand, lava sand and fertilizer to penatrate deeper into soil.

| All pros, no cons except the trouble and cost. Since the turf did so well the first season, the extra work may not not be necessary unless there has been compaction of the soil for some reason. |
