We recently moved to the area and bought a place where the lawn is St. Augustine on the east and Bermuda on the west. I don't have a particular affinity for one or the other, but would prefer for the lawn to be uniform. Are there pros/cons to either of these grasses in this area (Denton)?
Can I get one to overtake the other without just ripping everything out and starting from scratch?
Thanks,
Lelon |

| Bermuda might do a little in in the full spots and if the irrigation is limited but in general St Augustine should have the advantage under the organic program. By the way, a mixture of grasses - a bio-diverse turf is a much more practical approach to lawn care. |
