I have several huge fennel plants that I want to move because they are huge and blocking sunlight to several other plants in my garden. But I want to keep them where they are until the caterpillars are through eating them. Right now I don't have one caterpillar on them. Do they come at a certain time of the year - I always thought they were here by now. Thank you.

| Funny, I was having the same thought just last night about the absent critters on my parsley... |
