|

Hello! I live out in the country and absolutely love the wild deer that come through my yard and garden each day. What plants, bushes or flowers can I plant that the deer will avoid and let grow.
Thanks for any help you can offer!

2zlady-
There are several resources that provide information on deer resistant plants. If you have existing plants you can spray them with Liquid Fence, a garlic and egg mixture that stinks to high heaven but only to animals like deer that have a sense of smell 100 times greater that us. If you are starting with a new garden, you can use the suggestions on http://aggie-horticulture.tamu.edu/plantanswers/publications/deerbest.html

Cailou-
The recipe is unknown, there is a patent on it. Almost all the Lowe's stores in Texas carry it in the organic section. Where do you live?
