Cookies Chocolate Chip (Gluten Free)


1½ cups blanched almond flour

¼ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon seal salt (or a little more)

2 tablespoons coconut oil (liquid)

½ teaspoon vanilla

½ cup honey

2 eggs

½ cup chocolate chips (dark)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees (or slightly higher)

1. Mix dry ingredients together

2.  Mix liquid ingredients together

3.  Mix liquid and dry ingredients together.

4.  Mix in the chocolate chips

Coat cookie sheet with butter

Bake cookies 10 – 12 minutes.
