Which brand of Aloe Vera do u like for drinking and body use? I heard your show a few week back in which u had a lady on talking about one u both said was much better than most brands sold. Think u said it was made in N. Texas area (maybe Denton). You said that u had been to their plant were it was made. Do u take it daily?

I use aloe gel, (from a bottle, I do not have a plant) for my hair. It is wonderful as a leave in. I use it as a setting gel, as a substitute for hairspray to keep my updos neat and smooth. I love it in home made leave-ins and spritzes. It is great mixed with conditioner and honey, if your hair is not coloured, if so, skip the honey and used as a deep conditioning treatment.
