I was thinking about planting Skimmias in a Northeast facing part of my yard that is just about total shade. Any experiences - good or bad? Found out the berries are poisonous if consumed in large quantities and I will need to plant both male and female plants for success. That's it. How will they do in Frisco, Texas?
