I recently planted a Hibiscus rosa-sinensis and a Arabian Jasmine. I live in Burleson, Texas (south of Fort Worth) and I would like to know if these plants will survive the winter outside. If so, how can I help them during the winter to ensure that they survive?

I realize that you posted this a long time ago, but if you haven't received an answer yet, here's your information.

Hibiscus rosa-sinensis is a tropical hibuscus and not hardy in zones below 9.

Arabian jasmine is also hardy to zone 9.
