Does anyone know a good beef processor, USDA inspection approved, in central Texas?

Betsy Ross uses someone in Bryan, but I hope there are other choices. We've used one near Temple that's state inspection approved. And the lady in West when the meat was for our own consumption.

The state-approved can be sold in state, which is all we are doing now. But we'd like the option of USDA.

Huse's is just west of Malone on HWY 171. They are on the left side of the highway. Look for a house near the road with metal buildings in the rear.
