HI All
I am starting new landscaping in the front of my home but i have tilled in the dormant bermuda grass into the soil (oops). I have also added a layer of a lava sand blend to the top of the tilled soil.
I'm wondering what to do next, now that i have not done that incorrectly. Should i wait for new bermuda to come up and kill it or is there anything else i can do so I don't have to backtrack. Thanks for any help you can give. I have a sandy clay soil from Parker county.

At this point you have a mess. Tilling was the worst thing you could have done...not because you churned up the bermuda but because it will take three years to finally settle into a bumpy profile.

Is bermuda what you finally want?
Where do you live?
