Does anyone use a bill hook for the purposes of brush clearing or rough-hewing wood?

Can't seem to find one in the U.S. at a Home Depot, Menards, Ace, etc. -- they are part of the landscape in the UK as far as woodsmen, foresters, etc.

I've ordered a couple of my less-common tools (I used to work in forestry) from the Ben Meadows catalog but before doing that you might want to check out local outlets for Northern Tool, Tractor Supply, or Harbor Freight.
