My wife and I recently attended a short seminar on Composting. As an attendee we walked away with a new composting bin (3x3x3) compliments of the city Dallas. We have found a perfect place for it (we think). The location is currently near a fence that is overgrown with Asian Jasmine. The bin is actually sitting on a thick bed of the Jasmine. Is this location Good / Bad / or will it matter?
If it was me,I probably would cut away some of the vine and make sure the bin is on the ground,is the bin one of those black closed bins or is it an opened bin? I don't really think the location really matters, mine is an open chicken wire bin that measures 10'L x5'W x5'H and it hides my phone and cable boxes that are in the backyard.
