I have lived in my N. Dallas home for 2 years. 6 years ago, the owner planted tall red beautiful cannas.

One clump is located on the south east side, they don't bloom, they are shot and leaves are yellow. Pretty sad looking. Next clump blooms leggy blooms, but healthy green leaves. This clump is south west.

Tell me what I should have or should be doing. Never grew them before and know nothing about them.
