CAN ANYONE ADVISE ME ON PLANTING, HARVESTING AND GENERAL CARE FOR GINGER ROOT PLANTS? MY WIFE BROUGHT HOME THESE BEAUTIFUL PLANTS BECAUSE I USE THE GINGER ROOT FOR MEDICINAL USE, BUT WE HAVE NO INFO ON PROPER CARE. THANKS FOR ANY HELP. RTC

Your ginger is known botanically as Zingiber officinale. On a google search I found this.

Also, please remove the caps lock on your keyboard. In computer language it means you are yelling and it's hard on the eyes.
