Many centipedes are coming in the house mostly after a good rain...We also see them on the side of the house outside. I am stuggling to keep my creeped out family from bringing on the toxic pesticide counter attack. We have lived here 17 years and this is the first time. south houston

Dust the areas where they enter with boric acid. Boric acid is a universal, non selective, insect killer. It is relatively safe around the house and pets. If a pet tries licking it, they are usually turned away by the taste. I have used it with 100% success in many houses and apartments against cockroaches.
