Having just fed mollases to my chickens. It was not on purpose. they were in the yard and I laid 200 lbs. They Thought it was great. What I need to know is can I use the chicken straight from the hen house or do I have to compost it? I have heard both ways.

Compost it first. The people in Asia that the world health people are worried about contracting the avian flue are those handling fresh chicken manure.

Poltry business is better in Asia. They are delescious, well cooked, spicy, grilled, bar b q and so on. These foods are healthy and good to eat. These are harmless.
