How can I get rid of chiggers in my yard. I did not have a problem with them when I had chickens.
I have them in the front and back yard. Help. This land area is one acre.

Would you go so far as to grow St Augustine grass? For some reason chiggers are not a problem in St Aug.

Also this is the composting forum. You would get more and better replies in the lawn or pest forums.
