Want to have bedroom wall to wall cleaned commercially. Kiwi Sevices makes this claim but I have no clue if this makes real sense. Any translation and/or info on options appreciated. "The new green carpet cleaner contains none of the harsh chemicals or air pollutants found in most home cleaning products. The CB2 is GRAS certified (Generally Recognized as Safe) by the Food and Drug Administration which means that specialized chemical experts have tested and analyzed our new cleaner to ensure its safety."

Don't know what that could mean. But we had all our carpets cleaned last year, and we sprayed it with our own solution heavily, then had them come in and clean the carpets with just water. I would recomend it.
I think the majority of the large commercial carpet cleaners are doing steam cleaning combined with spot and traffic lane cleaning. I wouldn't recommend your pre-cleaning unless you have a good grasp of cleaners and textiles. If you choose to, be sure to tell the company what you used and where.

It really matters on the carpet. There are different kinds of carpets and different kinds of stains. If you look online, you can find how to manage it.

While steam cleaning is great, there are a still few things to consider before you decide this is the best methods for the carpets and your life style requirements. First, your carpet will get wet. This means that you need time to allow your carpets to dry. Problems can arise when you don’t let your carpet dry properly “ If your home has poor circulation, or if you live in an area with high humidity, there is an increased possibility of mould. Once mould starts growing it can be very hard to remove. Make sure you work with carpet cleaners who use mould inhibitors. Lastly, make sure you have dry carpets before you walk on them. Drying your carpet may take a few hours.
