 Post subject: Compost Tea - temperature

Is tea brewing (ACT) effective regardless of the temperature? I have read that Molasses effectiveness in Tea is best over 50 degrees and under 90. Didn't know if the same range effects ACT when brewing without Molasses. I live in McKinney, Tx.
