Where can I get a good core aerator to use in my sick tree progam?

Have you tried renting one? All the big box stores have them on this side of town.

Yes, renting one will be the best way to go, I rented an aerator after the suggestion was made to me on this forum, and am loving it ever since. You can try renting an aerator from your local tool rental.
