I had a Datura planted in a pot which I have removed and discarded the plant. My question: Does the soil in the pot require any special treatment due the poisonous nature of this plant? My usual handling with the soil would be to dump it out, clean any debris, add molasses, corn meal, green sand, lava sand, some coconut fiber, mix well and restuff the pot ready to plant.

I think as long as you scrub the pot and add fresh soil you should be ok. Thanks for reminding me cause I just planted one and probablem would not have thought about it.
