Recently plowed around 2 acres to plant corn. Went to local Feedstore and they were out of Seed Corn. So instead I bought a sack of Deer Corn. This is corn that is normally placed in feeder's for deer consumption. Planted it, and received about an inch of rain. My question is has anyone else ever planted "Deer Corn"? What can I expect? I know the germination may not be the greatest, but if half of it come's up, will be OK. Didn't really want the "Sweet Corn" as I like just plain ole Field Corn. Anyone with experience with this please comment.........
