Anyone take Diatomaceous Earth internally? If so can you take the natures guide? How do you take it?

I have heard Howard say he takes some each day. Maybe he can respond.

For anyone interested in maybe taking some. Earthworks.com has some really good information on it. It provides the health benefits too.
