Ok, Sunday morning I put out a bag each of CGM, dried molasses, and greensand and watered it in with an inch of water. Since Tuesday I have had over 11 inches of rain, and it's not done raining yet. Will I get any benefit out of what I put out or did the rain wash everything away?

The greensand and molasses are still right where you put them. The greensand does not float so it's there. The molasses washed off the binder material and into the soil when you first washed it in, so it is still there. The CGM, on the other hand, may have floated downstream. It won't hurt anything but your wallet to reapply the CGM.
