I gave up trying to find stuff here on March 18, 2003. How do I know it was that day? Because that was the day I joined. I absolutely refuse to go anywhere but the forums. Here's an example of poor navigation: the forums aren't even called forums. Is this the only site in the Internet universe that calls them the community center? And even if you suspect that they are called community center, you click on the community center button and you are STILL not at the forums. If I was not a forum moderator trying to find my own forum, I would have quit at this point. In fact I did quit at this point. I wrote to the administrator to get final (and still incomplete) directions to the forums. It turns out that to get to the forums you have to figure out that you have to click another community center button after you have already reached the community center. I've never seen anything quite like it.

Really? I never thought it was that hard. Of course, I am here on the site weekly(almost everyday cause I don't want miss anything and I like it here),so I'm used to it .

Ha ha. I have to agree with David. What I did a long time ago is to bookmark the forum page. I routinely check that, but not necessarily the home page. Sorry folks, but it's the truth. Occasionally I'll check the home page, but only after checking the forums first.
And when I want to find questions to something, I tend to just search the forums. So much easier and often get back tons of useful information.

www.dirtdoctor.com is my home page. Maybe that is why it is easy for me? Yes, you do have to click twice to get to the community center and to do that, the page must be scrolled down to get to the link...
