Does any one know what kind of dry hot pepper to use in the attic to get rid of the rodents? Do I use cayenne, chili, red or does it matter and how much do I put down? Thanks!

Moth balls will work, and easy to throw in the hard to reach areas. Then fix the area they are using as a passage in and out. Either hardware cloth, or replace/fix the wood. I never tried the hot peppers.
