Ducher is one of my favorite roses. Here's what one of the Texas rose growers says about the variety.
"Regarded as the only white China rose, 'Ducher' blooms a soft ivory-white for us. The buds are very round and sometimes have a hint of pink on the outer petals opening to a delicate swirl of fragrant ivory petals. Smaller than many Chinas, this is a good candidate for a container. Although it exhibits the typical bronzy new growth, the foliage of 'Ducher' is uncharacteristically light green."
I agree with the comments except my plant has always had pretty dark green foliage. Must be the organic program. The foliage of this plant is what I like best. The new grow color is very nice and the mature foliat is smooth with few cosmetic blemishes.
