I am floored to see all of the corporate "green messages" the past 10 days because of Earth Day. If the companies are for real, awesome. But I am going to wait two weeks to see if their "stated efforts" stick or seem to just drift away.
I try to do everything I can each day to be more natural and organic. I do it because there is a choice, and the natural organic choice is better for me, my family, my friends, the animals, the plants, our water and our planet. One of the easiest choices - because they are convenient to buy and saves money - is getting rid of synthetic fertilizers, toxic pesticides and toxic cleaning products. The natural organic products on the market today are wonderful.
I'll still be buying and living the natural way in two weeks, and let's hope that all these corporations making these wonderful claims are still doing their part.

I agree. It is also unnerving to see products falsely claiming to be environmentally friendly. Environmentally friendly chlorine bleach? I don't think so. It is now more important than ever to be an educated consumer.
