One tablespoon to the gallon of foliar spray should be sufficient. You can add it to Garrett Juice or your choice of other ingredients or just by itself. I just do a light sprinkling around the plant on top of the soil and water it in. This seems to work just as well.

Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate. I use it a lot as an extra ingredient in all my aerated teas. The extra magnesium and sulfate helps increase photosynthesis in growing plants, especially flowering or fruiting plants. It also helps balance nutrients like sodium, chlorine, calcium, etc. especially when they is some concern about too much NaCl salt content in soils.
