Need more info to be able to help:
Are you organic?
Is it an established lawn?
How much sun does it get?
How often do you water?
Is the filaree a new problem?
Do you have other weed problems?
Have you already tried anything to get rid of the filaree?
If so, what?

Filaree is a tap rooted plant so a weed hound will pluck it out easily.

Of the questions already asked, my most curious one is about water. How much and how often?
