Braconid wasps. You may not have time to wait for them to come in, and they just cost more money. I also heard lady bugs eat these things, but I don't know witch kind. If you have the orange oil on hand, I'm no expert, but I bet that would slowly kill them. So I would say, lady bugs, praying mantises, and braconid wasps, but that's just more $$$ and time you may not have.
